You Will Need

  • Egg White Recipe:
  • 1⅓ Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Large Egg Whites
  • Whole Egg Recipe:
  • 1¼ Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Large Eggs

Pan Size / Bake Time

  • 24 Cupcakes: 21-24 minutes
  • 2 8": 32-35 minutes
  • 2 9": 28-31 minutes
  • 13X9": 32-35 minutes
  • Bundt®: 43-48 minutes

Baking Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal or glass pans, 325°F for dark or coated pans. PLACE cupcake liners in 2 12-cup cupcake pans. Grease and flour cake pans.
  2. BLEND dry mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes. POUR batter into cups, filling each 1/2 full. Split batter evenly between cake pans.
  3. BAKE according to chart below, add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. CUPCAKES are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL in pan for 15 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
