- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1/4 Cup Oil
For Cheesecake Swirl:
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Oil
Pan Size / Bake Time:
- 8" x 8": 33-37 minutes
- 9" x 9": 28-32 minutes
- Makes 18 Brownies
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F for glass or metal pans, 325°F for dark or non-stick pans. GREASE bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray.
- Mix: EMPTY brownie mix, egg, oil and water in largle bowl. STIR until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread in greased pan. STIR cheesecake swirl mix, egg and oil in medium bowl until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. Swirl together with a knife or spatula.
- Bake: BAKE following baking times listed. Add 3-5 minutes for dark or non-stick pans. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean. COOL completely in pan before cutting and serving.
High Altitude (over 3,500 ft.):
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir 1 tablespoon flour into each packet of mix. Mix and prepare according to above directions.
