- 1/4 Cup Oil

- 8" x 8": 33-37 minutes
- 9" x 9": 28-32 minutes
- Makes 18 Brownies
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. (325°F for glass, dark or non-stick pans.) GREASE bottom of 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
- Mix: STIR brownie mix, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon water, and 1/4 cup oil in medium bowl until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread in greased pan. STIR marble swirl mix, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup oil in medium bowl until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. Swirl together with a knife or spatula.
- Bake: BAKE following times below. Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for glass, dark or non-stick pans. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean. COOL completely in pan before cutting and serving.
High Altitude (over 3,500 ft.):
Heat oven to 350°F. Stir 1 tablespoon flour into each packet of mix and prepare according to above directions.
