Yes I've got the recipe on file for the frosting-have never had an occasion to make it though. It does sound good.

Gonna do mini cupcakes? That's the big thing these days-mini everything.......I kind of like it............

hmmm... minis.... well, I have a cupcake silver stand for standard, but could probably get more of the mini's out of a mix or home made mix, whichever happens.

Uh huh-that's what I was thinking. Kind of like when I make the Italian Cookies....Robin makes them bigger than I do.....when I roll the dough into balls, I make them about 1/2"......that gives me over 100 cookies. More tedious? Maybe-but people love the smaller cookies.....and they go further.

How many people are going to the party Christine? You probably told me but I forgot......

If you do the enhanced cake batter? You'll get 4 dozen or more............Cyndy would know-she's done the minis before with the 18.25 oz. mix-but now that you have the fix from The Cake Mix Doctor-unless you use the French Vanilla cake mix instead of white with the cheesecake pudding added?

Did you check the recipe for that Almond Cream Cheese Pound Cake from Anne's blog? What do you think about making that into cupcakes?

that cake looked amazing!
50 people is the last count I had.....
I could do that pound cake in cupcake form, and it doesn't appear that you would need to refrigerate. I am getting there at her place around 4pm and setting up, party starts at 7pm. 3 hrs? hoping it will be ok.....

Hey, Carol, checked the weather report for our area, gonna be 74 that Saturday, and 56 at night. I think when I set up at 4... maybe 5 or 6, it will be ok with the cream cheese. Whadda ya think?

I would think it would be OK...then again like you say, if you could get the flavor of cream cheese in something with the pudding? That would be good too. I wouldn't imagine cooking the cream cheese in the cupcakes would be like making squares with a cream cheese filling--know what I mean? Those might get real soft sitting out for a long time.
