OMG. these are awesome. Made them this afternoon! I love the taste of Biscoff. This is the first time that I tasted it. Biscoff is a keeper. Hubby loves the cookies too. I used the vanilla because I didn't have vanilla nut. I agree with Carol that these would be too sweet with the white chips. The raisins are perfect. They are crunchy on the edges and chewy in the inside. These are addictive. I usually can walk away after one cookie, not today!!!! They are soooooo good! Thank you Carol for another awesome recipe.

Carol, I'm SO glad you and your husband like these. Someone else made the recipe and used the white chips and nuts in half the batch and raisins in the other half-she said she liked the combo of the white chocolate with the nuts-she thought the nuts complimented the Biscoff.......maybe I'll add nuts to the cookies next time but I think I'll stick with the raisins since we love them. We'll see.....

I just need to find time to play in the kitchen-won't be happening for a while I don't think unless whatever I make is super easy. Too many things on the to get done pile and it ain't going down fast enough for me.

Isn't Biscoff WONDERFUL? I need to find some more things to make with this wonderful thread...........and I need to WRITE THE IDEAS DOWN when they come to me..........sheesh.

Hope you can find it at the store Sue-you should be able to-just scour the peanut butter section really close-it has a tendency to blend in with the peanut butter very well and you can miss seeing it.

Thanks for the review Carol!

Ohhhhhh I hear ya Carol-that's why I took them to Robin and Ray's! Got them outta here and away from me. Robin used them in the kid's lunches-and probably slapped Ray's hand when he reached for 1 too many! Hahahahaha.
