Pie too juicy ?

Submitted by: mugcollector

Recipe Description
When making apple pie and you have added all the ingredients and there seems to be to much juice, crush up 1 Ritz cracker over the filling and bake as usual. When serving, you will not have a puddle of juice sitting in the bottom of the pan.

good idea. I try to use apples that are not as juicy as well; Fuji are just too juicy, and granny smiths are perfect. If I get the juice, I will try your method! Thanks for sharing.
