Children will love these decorated pancakes. Dabble a little design (smiley face, heart, initials, holiday) onto the hot griddle by using a spoon of pancake batter. Allow to cook a couple of seconds ahead and then pour your pancake over the design. When you flip, you will see your artwork cooked right into the pancake!

You can also add a little food coloring to the mix for different colors. Pour some batter in a plastic cup, bowl, or whatever and add a drop of food coloring. Have fun!
