If you have any extra pie crust left over, roll it out and spread some cinnamon and sugar over the top. Roll up and cut into 1/2-1 inch slices and bake them while you are baking your pie. Check them regularly so they don't get too brown. Once they are a light golden brown remove from oven and cool. Nice change on a snack idea.

My mom let us eat the cinnamon-sugar scraps, we loved them more than the pie!
