i dunno about everyone here, but when i bake cookies on multiple sheets, i find that the later ones, don't bake as well... Well i learned that this is because once the oven is opened you lose heat. Therefore, when making multiple batches of cookies, always put the tray in and reheat the oven to the desired temperature. Once that temp is reached, put on your timer!!! Good luck!!!

After the baked cake has cooled at room temp, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in your freezer for about 2 hours. This makes crumb icing and carving so much easier!
