Recipe Description
was wondering if anyone had a recipe using ducan hines icing to make fondant thanks for any help ,,,clare

if your frosting doesn't come out smooth enough, use a hair dryer set on low heat will help set the frosting

the previous review (below) is way off... the question was about Fondant and not adding pudding into the cake mix. Those are entirely two different things.

The answer to the questions is, the method would be the same as making Buttercream Fondant. You add as much confectioners sugar into the icing until it has a consistency of rolled fondant, that you can roll it out and cover the cake with it.

I have used the cake mix with pudding added all the time. No problem with the cakes done with the pudding added.
