Recipe Description
To save time and make fresh cookies more often without the time it takes to mix them up, freeze cookie dough in either balls or a roll.<P> When you want to bake some, remove from the freezer and thaw only slightly, then bake as usual.

I do this all the time with my fave cookie recipe. I double the batch, bake what I want and freeze the rest

Good thinking!! I will definitely try this. Next time I whip up cookie dough, I will triple my recipe and freeze two extra logs for quick cookies!
