Cut Out Cookies

When rolling out cookies to cut with cookies cutters, roll the dough between 2 sheets of wax paper, then freeze the rolled out dough in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. Peel off the wax paper and use your cookies cutters on the frozen dough to cut out perfect shapes everytime!

U should use the frosting ur using as the iceing if u are doing a adding extra layers in ur cake. .use the actual tool because its better its thicker.also the lines are perfect

I always use milk instead of water... it makes a very moist cake! I also use applesauce instead of the oil if i am trying to make it healthier for the kids :) If you are making a cake/cupcakes for a party... make it in advance! Pop them in the freezer before icing them. Pull them out the day of the party and apply the icing. I actually prefer them this way, it almost makes them more delicious and saves you a ton of time!
