Making Do With One Cookie Sheet

Submitted by: Duncan Hines
Rating: 1 discussion
Recipe Description
If you only have one cookie sheet, line it with foil before baking the cookies. After baking, slide the foil off the pan and set the cookies to cool on a rack. Rinse your pan under cold running water and pat dry. Re-foil and lay your next batch of cookies on the sheet.

When using foil you need to spray with a non-sticking spray first or the cookies
will stick, but using parchment paper there's no need to spray and cookies will
come off easily and you can reuse the parchment over again.

I use only parchment paper as well and reuse it often when baking cookies. It saves money AND stress when my cookies come off easily :)
