If your fudge will not set-up try this. Take a small scoop, like a butter scoop, and scoop the fudge into balls. Set on a lined cookie sheet and place in the freezer until set. Remove from freezer and dip into melted chocolate. Place back on cookie sheet and decorate with sprinkles, crushed nuts, coconut, ect. Allow to set and you will have the best truffles/bon-bons ever.

If you run out of cupcake papers don't panic. I just spray cooking spray in the muffin tin and they pop right out after baking. The kids love this because they think it is fun too decorate the cupcake like a whole cake with frosting all around not just on the top.
