Typically I like all Duncan Hines boxes but I have to admit I am surprise that I am disappointed in a particular cake mix. Butter Recipe Fudge. I have tried it two times the batter turns out like mousse and it bakes up like it is burnt on the outside. It is unfortunate.

so sorry you had an issue, if you email duncan hines, or go to their facebook page and ask for assistance, they really care.... they can help. I use the butter fudge recipe and it always works... don't give up!

Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden - Try baking on 325 degrees for longer time. Beat on a slower speed. It works much better for me to do it this way.
