The best tip that I have ever received from anyone was to freeze my cakes! If you frost them while they are frozen they are so moist and everyone will ask what your secret is... very sneaky but soooo easy. :)

How should cupcakes be protected for freezing? How long can they be frozen? I am planning on baking my own cupcakes for my wedding.

How long do you freeze your cakes? Do you cool them normally first? Never done this but have used frozen bread for sandwiches and it does stay cool until serving time and is nice and soft too.
