Recipe Description
We suggest lowering your oven temperature by 25ºF when using a glass baking dish. This is because glass heats more quickly and retains its heat longer.

Do you need to lower the temperature another 25 degrees if using a convection oven?

i think they turn out more moist in the glass pans

glass dishes are, i think, sometimes better than other kinds.... why? idk it works a lot better for chocolate cakes

This will explain why the brownies I made were perfect! It was the first time baked in glass.
