I made this cake and instead of water, I put fresh apple cider in it.... Made a HUGE difference.... it's my profile pic too....

yum! I add cinnamon chips as well - I put it ontop of the batter before putting into the oven. then drizzle amazing vanilla glaze over it, my goodness, what a treat. NOW I am going to add the cider like you suggested! cool
