Use the pound cake recipe for the Pineapple Supreme cake mix and use coconut cream pudding instead if vanilla. Follow all other directions on side of box for pineapple upside down cake. Pound cake recipe is 1 pkg instant pudding(flavor of cake if you can get), 4 large eggs, 1/3 cup oil and 1 cup water.

Make sure it is the instant coconut cream pudding mix. The cooked kind doesn't work on the pound cake recipes. You can actually make any of the cakes a pound cake by using 1 package instant pudding, 4 large eggs, 1 cup water and 1/3 cup oil( for fruit or yellow cake mixes) and 1 package instant pudding , 4 large eggs, 1/2 cup oil and 11/4 cup water( for chocolate cakes).

I am not sure. I have never measure it before. Is there a reason You need to know.
