I like mine really thick so I put two packages in at the same time....go by the directions on the box...I leave mine in the oven for 25 mins....we like them hot so I cut them as soon as they come out and pick one square out and then let them sit for about 10 mins....get the milk ready and with 3 boys they are gone before you know...so if you dont get yours fast you will get nothing :/

I love brownies, however, I seem to have a problem when I make them I do not get that nice shiny, crumbly thin flaky top. What am I doing wrong?? I try not to over stir, over bake etc. I just can't get them to look like they do on the box. Help.
