I hate when I try to cut brownies and end up with rough, crumbly edges. To end that, I started using a plastic knife and it cuts perfectly everytime!!

like fudge, my grandmother taught me to run the knife under hot water, cuts fine everytime, brownies, cakes, anything, just make sure it isnt dripping wet, lol!

Also, the ceramic knives are good for getting clean edges.
